As a Client Relationship Manager, Jim works to build, maintain, and strengthen Cornerstone’s relationship with its clients and the community. After graduating from Michigan State, Jim has spent the last 13 years in customer service and management roles, including owning and operating a bagel franchise here in Kalamazoo.

In his free time, Jim loves to golf, ski, travel, and watch as much college football as possible. Go Green! He also enjoys going for walks around his neighborhood with his wife Alex, their three kiddos, and their chocolate lab Bob.
